Transport

TRANSPORT
Ÿ Bus service is optional and not mandatory. The management reserves the right to withdraw the bus
facility to any student without assigning any reason whatsoever, by giving one term notice. Transport
facility will be provided with a fixed bus route.
Ÿ Students must be present at their pick-up points five minutes in advance of the given time.
Ÿ Students must note their bus number, and pickup and drop points.
Ÿ Seat allotments will be done by transport in-charge.
Ÿ Parents are requested to avoid arguments with drivers. They can meet the transport in-charge for any
concerns with respect to transport
Ÿ The school bus may sometimes get delayed due to traffic problems.
Ÿ Any changes in pick-up and drop point have to be informed to the transport in-charge directly by the
parents. Messages from students will not be entertained.
Ÿ Change of transport timings during exams and other days will be informed in advance through almanac /
printed circulars.
Ÿ Families that shift residence during the session must notify the school of the same.
Ÿ One way transport facility will not be provided. One term notice should be given if a student withdraws
the transport facility.
Ÿ Management tries its best to comply with the rules and regulations of the authorities concerned.
However, it will not be responsible for any disruption in the bus service due to any order/instructions of
the transport department or any other authority.
Ÿ Management follows all road safety regulations, but will not be held responsible for any mishap or
accident on the way.
Ÿ Transport fee will be collected in two instalments
1st Instalment to be paid by 10th June 2nd Instalment to be paid by 10th November

• Arrange for curriculum-related speakers. exhibits, demonstrations
• Share a talent, interest or hobby
• Volunteer in Field Trips
• Be a judge for extracurricular activities
• Direct a play
• Coach a sport
• Participate in a special event
• Any other contribution
SCHOOLTIMINGS
Nursery – 8:40 am to 12:45 pm (Holiday on all Saturdays)
PP-I & PP-II – 8:40 am to 3:30 pm (Holiday on all Saturdays)
Classes I – II – 8:40 am to 3:40 pm (Monday – Friday)
8:40 am to 12:45 pm (Saturday)
School timings are liable to change during examination days. The same shall be duly intimated.
